Parkour for 4 to 6 year olds is all about play. Young children learn best by moving, so every class is built from games and short challenges that teach the basics of parkour: how to balance, jump and land safely, roll, climb and get round obstacles with control. It’s brilliant for confidence and coordination, and for burning off energy after school or at the weekend.
Classes are by age, so your child trains with others at the same stage, and our coaches follow the academy’s syllabus, so each week builds on the last. No experience is needed. Book a place from the timetable; if a class is full, join its waiting list for free and we’ll offer you the next place.
A warm-up game to get moving, then skill stations where small groups practise one thing at a time (balancing, jumping between marks, rolling, climbing over and under) and a game or cool-down to finish. Coaches keep it short, safe and fun, and celebrate every try. Families can see each session’s plan in the app.

Yes. Our youngest classes are for ages 4 to 6: short, playful sessions built around games, where children learn to balance, jump, land and climb safely. As they grow they move up to the classes for 7 to 11 year olds.
Parkour is taught step by step. Coaches start every movement low and simple, teach how to land and roll safely first, and only move a child on when they’re ready. Classes are grouped by age, and any accident or near miss is recorded and shared with you in the app.
At our Peterborough gym there’s a viewing room for parents and carers, with TVs to watch the action. In Sensory Friendly classes you’re welcome to stay in the room. At the other venues, ask the coach on the day. Coaches take a register at the start and mark attendance in the app.

Children aged 4 to 6, whatever their experience. Most have never done parkour before, and that’s exactly who it’s for.
