We read every concern within one working day. If a child is in danger now, call 999.

Safeguarding is everyone’s job. If something worries you, tell us: you don’t need to be sure, and it isn’t up to you (or our coaches) to find out whether abuse is happening. That’s for safeguarding experts.

• Without an account — anyone (a visitor, someone at a venue, a parent before signing up) can email or ring the safeguarding contact above. Say what you saw or were told, when and where.
• Families — use Report a concern in the app. Only the safeguarding lead and deputy read it — never the coaches.
