Classes run from age 4 to adult. Each class shows its age range on the timetable, and the filter lets you see only what fits. Sensory Friendly classes are small, calm and low demand, with a higher coach ratio, and you’re welcome to stay and watch.
Yes. Our youngest classes are for ages 4 to 6: short, playful sessions built around games, where children learn to balance, jump, land and climb safely. As they grow they move up to the classes for 7 to 11 year olds.
Parkour is taught step by step. Coaches start every movement low and simple, teach how to land and roll safely first, and only move a child on when they’re ready. Classes are grouped by age, and any accident or near miss is recorded and shared with you in the app.
Yes. Our Sensory Friendly classes are small (no more than 6 children, with one coach for every 3), calmer and quieter, for children with additional needs such as autism or sensory processing differences. They’re low demand: we guide your child towards something they might want to do and give them space — if they end up doing something partly related, that’s a win for us. You’re welcome to stay in the room and watch, and at our Peterborough gym the viewing room doubles as a quiet chill-out space. They have their own membership. Whichever class you choose, tell us about your child’s needs on their health form: the coaches running their classes can see it, so they know what helps. Want to talk it through first? Send us a message.
Every session follows the academy syllabus: a warm-up game, one or more skill stations, and a cool-down. Classes rotate through a 16-week plan, so a child who trains twice a week never repeats a lesson in the same fortnight. Families can see each session’s plan in the app.
Comfortable clothes you can move in, clean indoor trainers and a water bottle. No jewellery, and long hair tied back.
Yes — our weekly classes run all year round, except on our closure dates (Christmas, for example). We list them about a year ahead on our closure dates page, the timetable and in the app. There are no weekly classes on those days, your monthly price already allows for them, and families with a weekly place get a reminder the week before.
Everyone booked is told in the app and by email. If we cancel a weekly class, you get a make-up: choose another weekly class with a place free (at any venue) or a wildcard session from Book, within two months. A wildcard goes back into that month’s allowance, a free wildcard pass returns to your wallet, XP spent on a camp day comes back, and for a paid camp day we refund it or offer another date.
Yes — private 30, 60 or 90-minute sessions with one of our coaches, at a venue or outdoors (the slot says where to meet). Book and pay in the app under Book → 1-to-1s (up to 4 hours before), and cancel at least 48 hours before for a full refund. A parent or carer must stay with a child for the whole session, indoors or outdoors — you’ll be asked to confirm this when you book.
Yes — when the academy runs a jam or a contest it’s announced in the app, with categories by age, the places left, any entry fee and the closing date. Families enter from Competitions in the app; withdrawing at least 14 days before refunds the fee. Placings and the judges’ notes show there afterwards, and on the child’s progress page.
At our Peterborough gym there’s a viewing room for parents and carers, with TVs to watch the action. In Sensory Friendly classes you’re welcome to stay in the room. At the other venues, ask the coach on the day. Coaches take a register at the start and mark attendance in the app.
A membership is per child and billed monthly. It gives you a set weekly class that’s yours all year round, a number of wildcard sessions each month, and the freedom to move class yourself whenever there’s space. Plans count hours a week: a 1-hour class uses 1 of them, a 2-hour class uses 2. Compare the options on the memberships page.
Yes — each child has their own membership and weekly class. Brothers and sisters can be in different classes.
Full days of skills, challenges and games in the school holidays. You choose the days you want (and who’s going) when you book, and XP can pay for camp days that show an XP price. Grading members get 20% off camp days, taken off automatically.
It depends on the camp — each one says on the camps page. Many are open to everyone, members or not; some are for members only, or for grading members (like Level Up). Book one day or a whole week. Grading members get 20% off camp days, taken off automatically.
Every attended session earns XP. Coaches award crystals for great effort; a crystal is opened by the family in the app and holds a prize — bonus XP, a free wildcard or a camp discount — and every one gives something: one tap cracks it open. XP totals, rewards and skills are all on the child’s progress page.
Every family has a code (Account → Bring a friend) and a link to share. When a friend’s family signs up with it — or types your code before their first class — and their child has been to two classes, you both get a free wildcard pass, used automatically on your next extra wildcard within 60 days (up to ten passes a year for your family; each friend counts once). Bringing friends also earns the Scout, Recruiter and Ambassador badges.
Our safeguarding page explains it: how our coaches are checked and trained, who looks after any worry about a child, and how to tell us about one. Our policies are there too.
The office, and the coaches rostered on your child’s classes around the time of each class — and only when they open it. Every view is logged: you can see who looked and when under Account → Your data, and update the details any time from the child’s page.
An extra session on top of your weekly class — try a different day, venue or style. Your allowance resets each calendar month, and each month’s wildcard sessions open for booking on the 1st. A full session has a waiting list: if a place comes up you’re offered it in the app, with 12 hours to accept (9pm–8am doesn’t count). Can’t make one you’ve booked? Release the place so another child can come: 72 hours or more ahead, the wildcard goes back into your allowance; closer than that, it stays used.
Join the waiting list from the timetable — it’s free, and you don’t need a membership to queue. You only pay when you accept a place. When a place opens you get an offer by notification — 24 hours to accept a weekly class; after three missed offers you come off the list.
Yes. In the app, go to Book and tap Move on the class you’re leaving (or “Move here” on the one you want). If the new class has space you’re moved straight away; if not, you join its waiting list and keep your current place until a spot opens.
In Account, tap Manage billing under your child’s membership: card changes, invoices and cancelling happen there, on Stripe’s secure pages. Cancel any time before your next monthly payment and nothing more is taken. A month already paid for isn’t refunded — the weekly place stays yours until the end of that month. Camp days can be cancelled in the app up to 24 hours before; a wildcard gives its credit back when it’s cancelled 72 hours or more ahead.
We don’t pause memberships. While your child is a member, their weekly place is held for them — even if they’re injured or away for a while. If you cancel, they keep the place until the end of the month you’ve paid for. After that it’s given up, and we can’t promise it’ll be free if they come back: classes fill up, and places go to children on the waiting list. The yearly grading membership is separate — it isn’t refunded and carries on to the end of its year, so it’s still theirs if they’re back before then. Their XP, grade and badges are kept for a year after the membership ends — sign in with the same account when they come back and it’s all there. After a year they’re cleared, and we’ll tell you a week before.
Tell the coaches from Home → “Can’t make it?” (add a note if you like), or tap the day in the Calendar → “Won’t be there”. The place is kept, and you can undo it until the class starts.
Camp days are first come, first served, and a full day says so on the camps page. Places come back when a family cancels, so it’s worth checking again nearer the time — or try another day of the same camp.
No, sorry. Our holiday camps aren’t Ofsted-registered, so we can’t take Tax-Free Childcare or childcare vouchers. You pay by card when you book (or with XP, for camp days that show an XP price).
Yes, if you cancel at least two weeks before the day: the day and any extras (early drop-off, late pick-up) are refunded (Stripe usually takes 5–10 working days to get it to your card), or go back to your XP if you paid with XP. Closer than that you can still cancel (up to 24 hours before) to free the place for someone else, but there’s no refund. If we cancel a day, you always get it back.
There are badges to collect for classes attended, weeks in a row, grades, wildcard classes and camp days you come to, XP and time with Aspire. They’re earned automatically (nothing to claim); we let you know in the app when one arrives, and the badge page shows what each one takes.
Children work through eight coloured grades, from Foundations to Ascendant. Each move in the binder belongs to a grade; complete every move in a grade at an assessment session to earn the wristband. Read the full explainer on the grading page.
Grading is its own yearly membership (£39 a year per child), added on top of a monthly class membership once they’re 7 or over and have come to 12 sessions. It renews every year until you cancel in Manage billing. It includes the grading binder, a wristband for each grade, the grading sessions through the year, a skill tree in the app, and 20% off holiday camps. If the class membership ends, grading stops renewing at the end of its year.
Sign in and go to Account → Your data. “Download my data” gives you everything we hold about your family as one file, and you can see who opened each child’s health details. “Delete my account” asks the office to erase it: cancel any membership first (Account, then Manage billing), and we’ll confirm within one month. Your sign-in and your family’s details are then removed, apart from the records the law makes us keep — payments, signed agreements and incident reports. Can’t sign in? Ask at your venue.
Coaches record any accident, injury or near miss in the app. The report is locked once submitted and you’re notified to read it. If you have questions about it, message the office (Messages) — it goes to the people who have the report.
Send us a message from our contact page (no account needed), or email us. Families with an account can also message us from the app (Messages).
