How camps work

Pick your days — one, or a whole week, for each child, when you book.
Add extras like early drop-off or late pick-up where offered.
Pay by card, or with XP on days that show an XP price.
Change of plan? Cancel two weeks or more before for a refund (Stripe usually takes 5–10 working days to get it to your card); closer than that, the place is freed without one.

What to bring

Trainers that fit well (no slip-ons or sandals)
A packed lunch (nut-free; there’s no microwave)
A water bottle
Comfortable clothes they can move in (no jeans)
A spare change of clothes
A warm jumper or hoodie for break times
Any medication they need, handed to a coach
