Eight grades, one binder
Grading isn’t just ticking off skills — it’s becoming a well-rounded student of movement: confidence, control, creativity and physical ability.
Every grade is built from the same movement families — vaults, jumps, rebounds, bars and more — and each movement in the binder belongs to one grade. Complete every movement in a grade to earn the wristband and move up.
White wristband · Grades 1–2
Blue wristband · Grades 3–4
Yellow wristband · Grades 5–6
Black wristband · Grades 7–8
Before the first grade everyone is “Not graded yet”. Beyond Ascendant there’s an “8+” page of bonus movements that never stops growing.
Gradings are special assessment sessions outside regular classes. Not everyone passes everything first time — what matters is learning and coming back stronger.
52 movement families across nine categories, over 500 movements, each pinned to a grade: Vaults, Jumps, Wall & Rebounds, Ascension/Descension, Traversal, Bars, Flow, Flips, Strength and Conditioning.
Movements are never finished
Take the Speed Step: you’ll never stop using it. Higher or narrower walls, a rail, linking it with other movements, quickly, slowly, from an unusual angle — every movement has layers. Treat each skill as a foundation for growth, not a task to tick off.
Every grading member gets a skill tree: the whole binder, what’s been signed off, what’s left for the next grade, and a notification the moment an assessor signs a movement off.
