Built by movers, for movers

We don’t just teach parkour. We build confidence, community and athletes for life. Aspire Parkour Academy was started in Peterborough in 2019 by Kieran and Callum, and today our coaches run weekly classes, holiday camps, grading and 1-to-1 coaching for children from age 4, teenagers and adults.

Our story

2017–2019The beginningKieran and Callum start out coaching freestyle gymnastics at Spiral Gymnastics Club.
2019Aspire is bornClasses start at Peterborough Regional College, with the equipment hauled out of a shipping container every night, sun, rain or snow.
2019–2020Building the kitTen to fifteen classes a week. When COVID hit, the team kept going with masks on and a strict cleaning routine.
2020–2023Outgrowing the containerClasses were full, with long waiting lists, and the hunt for a permanent home began.
2023Home at lastA 3,000 sq ft unit in Orton Southgate. After a month of setting up and brand-new flooring, the doors opened.
2024Levelling upPurpose-built equipment from Level Up Academy in Leeds arrives, so their legacy carries on: “levelling up” children every day.

Specialised modular equipment, so the layout keeps changing and there’s always a new challenge.
A soft modular area: a safer space to learn new movements.
A viewing room for parents and carers, with TVs to watch the action.

Keeping your child safe

Classes are grouped by age, and coaches teach every movement step by step, starting with how to land and roll safely.
The coaches on your child’s classes can see the health details and needs you give us, so they know about allergies, conditions and what helps.
We keep a record of every coach’s checks and certificates, such as DBS and first aid, and we’re reminded before any of them runs out.
Any accident or near miss is written up by the coach and shared with you in the app.
